With just 34 days left until Election Day, Affiliate unions of the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO have been out knocking doors and talking with voters across Maryland. Here's a look at some of that work in action!

AFSCME Maryland is showing up up for pro-labor candidates like State Senator Sarah Elfreth (center, with glasses, above) in Congressional District 3, and April McClain Delaney in Congressional District 6. They've been out knocking doors in Frederick and Anne Arundel Counties.

You couldn’t miss LiUNA Mid-Atlantic members in orange at doors last week for Harris-Walz in Pittsburgh. Laborers from across the region knocked on over 300 doors with the Allegheny/ Fayette Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO — and even had some special guests with Michigan's Governor Gretchen Whitmer and PA State Senators Jay Costa and Lindsey Williams stopping by to greet members.

And members of UFCW Local 400 joined the Maryland State & DC AFL-CIO last weekend to knock doors for Kamala Harris, Angela Alsobrooks, and labor champions on the ballot in Prince George's County last weekend. It was a powerful day together — thank you to everyone who joined us!
