Tickets for Evening with Labor 2025 are now open
You are invited to join the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO for the 46th Annual Evening with Labor Awards Dinner on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. Tickets for this year's event are now on sale.
The theme for this year's event is Meet the Moment. For the labor community, this is an unprecedented time that we must rise to meet. Evening with Labor 2025 will celebrate leaders who have done this over the past year and reaffirm our commitment to Meeting the Moment in the year ahead.
Award Nominations
The Evening with Labor Awards recognize labor leaders and allies who have shown dedication, courage, and commitment to the labor movement and working families. This year we are introducing two new Award categories: Emerging Leaders and Legal Champions.
Award nominations are now open. Nominate an outstanding leader, union local, or organization for one of this year's awards. Nominations will be open until Friday, February 28. Nominate a leader for this year's awards.
"The Night Shift" VIP After-Party
We're excited to add a new part of Evening with Labor this year: "The Night Shift," a VIP After-Party. After the formal dinner, join us from 10 AM to 2 AM to keep the celebration going. Tickets for The Night Shift are $100 per person and come with complimentary beverages, light buffet, and dessert. This is a great opportunity to reward staff, local officers, and members for their hard work and dedication. Tickets are limited!
