Solidarity Season: Labor Day 2025 Rally + March

Workers make DC run and we deserve better than mass firings, union busting, deportations, and occupation.

Workers across the DC region need to be in solidarity with one another now more than ever before. On Thursday, August 28, join us to kick off Labor Day 2025 and solidarity season with a rally and march. We’ll come together to make it clear:

  • Workers make DC run

  • We support federal workers

  • Union busting is disgusting

  • Workers over billionaires

  • #FreeDC

We know a working class united can never be defeated. We are organizing not just for one day, but to build labor power across the District, in every shop floor, school, restaurant, and municipal and federal building.

Let us know you’re coming using the signup form below.

Walk with Labor in the DC Pride Parade

We know that a strong labor movement cherishes diversity, promotes inclusion, and ensures safety and dignity for all workers. Being in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ siblings is an important part of how we achieve that and this year we'll show that solidarity in DC during WorldPride. Walk with the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO on Saturday, June 7.
