Three challengers, two incumbents get labor nod in DC primary
The Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO on Wednesday announced the endorsement in the Washington D.C. June 2 Democratic primary of incumbent D.C. Councilmembers Robert White (at-large) and Trayon White (Ward 8), as well as Jordan Grossman in the open Ward 2 council seat, and challengers Janeese Lewis George (Ward 4) and Anthony Lorenzo Green (Ward 7).”The MWC is proud to be the voice of organized labor with a legacy of accomplishments in the Metropolitan Washington region.
